We are a private oil and gas exploration and production company incorporated in Mexico in 2011, focused on identifying oil and gas interests in USA and Latin America.

This strategy has enabled us to participate and effectively acquire the ownership of a Gas producing and operating company in USA, several oil fields in USA, one oil field in Mexico and a gas field in Colombia.
